At Vanetty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy.

Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in its original condition:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging and condition

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Any suit that has been altered, tailored, shortened, or otherwise modified after purchase is not eligible for return or exchange.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, Vanetty will cover the return shipping cost.

You may choose between:

• A replacement/exchange for the correct or undamaged item, or

• A full refund

Change of Mind or Wrong Size

If you request a return or exchange because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size, the return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The item must still meet all return and exchange conditions stated above.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take up to 14 days, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

• Items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected.

• Please ensure that the item is securely packaged when returning it to avoid damage during transit.

• Return and exchange requests must be made within the 14-day period.

• Customized or altered suits are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
